I’m a street photographer from Germany who has been exploring the streets around him almost daily for about 4 years now.

I initially found my way into photography through photographing landscapes. I was quickly bored, however, by the perfectionism and heavy reliance on retouching in Photoshop and software of similar nature.

Street Photography liberated me from all that and allowed me to strive for better images with cheap gear and a candid, authentic approach to taking pictures. The street is loud, dirty, vibrant, honest and beautiful – sometimes all at once.

I see myself at the very beginning of my journey and don’t really know where I’m going yet – all I know is that I find the street and life utterly fascinating.
